About

Dr Alan Hebben-Wadey

Hi I'm Al. I'm a Clinical Psychologist, Trainer and Clinical Supervisor. I have worked in the NHS in mental health services since 2006, qualifying from University College London as a Clinical Psychologist in 2011. I worked a further 10 years in the NHS, specialising in supporting people with severe long term health conditions such as cardiac difficulties, motor neurone disease, diabetes and chronic pain.

I have worked in independent practice since 2013. Alongside my practice I am privileged to train Clinical Psychologists at the Salomons Institute for Applied Psychology in Tunbridge Wells, one of the largest and most established Clinical Psychology programmes in the UK.

I am a husband, proud father of two children and one very dopey rescue dog. Outside of the office I love to spend time with my family, roaming the beaches and South Downs of Eastbourne and sharing drinks and stories with friends.
